My name is Romain Barrau, real estate consultant at Coldwell Banker in Lisbon. I see real estate as a real playground: every property has a story, every sale is a challenge, and every project deserves a tailor-made strategy. What drives me is selling well, by using creative ideas to reveal a place’s full potential.

I work with both investors and families, with one obsession: understanding what moves buyers, so each property is positioned in the most accurate, attractive, and desirable way possible. Photography, staging, storytelling, marketing strategy, negotiation, every detail matters.

For me, real estate goes far beyond numbers. It’s about emotion, life choices, and future. Being part of those moments is what fuels my passion.Originally from France, I studied and worked as international buyer in the UK, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Paris before choosing Lisbon as my home base. This international background allows me to easily connect with people from very different horizons and bridge the gap between their vision and the reality of the Portuguese market.

This is how I see myself: the experience of an agent, the energy of an entrepreneur.
